Community Links Canada

Community Links Canada is a non-profit dedicated to fostering inclusivity, information sharing, and innovation for young families and students new to Canada.

In a rapidly evolving Canadian society, with multi-generations coexisting within households and a growing population enriched by immigrants, the challenge of fostering a more inclusive, informed, and innovative community emerges. Specifically, new immigrants, including students and young families, face obstacles in fully integrating into Canadian society due to a lack of familiarity with regional norms, cultural nuances, and local events. The need to bridge this gap is pressing, as immigrants constitute a significant portion of Canada’s 40-million-strong population.

The goal of this project is to provide information and support in an accessible way, easing the transition for new immigrants. Geometric iconography and type is given an approachable personable feel with organic forms and earthy hues used throughout the brand. Operating regionally across the country, these designs will be received by the target audience in the form of digital and print media through a website, welcome kit, and more.
